Project Story
우간다 루블렌지의 평온한 마을에 위치한 리빙스톤 교회는 200명의 지역 주민들이 함께 모여 예배드리는 소중한 보금자리입니다. 우리는 이곳이 단순히 일요일에만 머무는 건물이 아니라, 마을 주민들의 일상과 늘 함께하며 그들의 삶을 따뜻하게 섬기는 공간이 되기를 바라는 마음으로 설계를 시작했습니다.
Nestled in the heart of Wublenzi, Uganda, Livingstone Church is more than just a place of worship for its 200 congregants—it is a sanctuary for the entire village. Our design journey began with a simple but profound goal: to create a space that breathes with the community, serving their needs every single day of the week.

지역 사회를 향한 교회의 진심을 담아, 아이들의 웃음소리가 가득할 유치원과 이웃들이 모여 담소를 나누는 커뮤니티 카페를 계획했습니다. 또한, 선교의 중심이 될 예배당과 부대시설을 비롯해 사역자분들의 안식처인 목사님 사택, 그리고 내일의 리더를 꿈꾸는 신학생들의 기숙사까지 정성스럽게 담아냈습니다.
To truly embrace our neighbors, we envisioned a kindergarten where children’s dreams can take root and a welcoming cafe where neighbors can find rest and fellowship. The master plan also includes a peaceful parsonage for our pastors and a dormitory for seminary students, ensuring that the next generation of leaders has a place to grow and thrive.

이 모든 공간은 루블렌지 주민들과 함께 호흡하며 하나님의 사랑을 전하는 통로가 될 것입니다. 예배와 교육, 그리고 휴식이 어우러진 이 작은 마을의 중심지가 주민들에게는 희망이 되고, 아이들에게는 꿈을 키우는 터전이 되기를 소망합니다.
Through these thoughtfully designed spaces, Livingstone Church seeks to be a vessel of God’s love in the land of Wublenzi. We hope this center becomes a vibrant hub where faith meets daily life, providing hope and a brighter future for every resident.
